Find your home, Rent your way
At Resido, we've got you covered from studio to one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. All come fully equipped with whiteware, all the big-ticket items like fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Plus, we take care of the little details too, like window coverings for your new home. It's all about making your move-in experience super smooth and hassle-free.
Lease terms to your liking
When it comes to leases, we’re about as flexible as you get. It all depends on your preference. You can go for as short as 12 months, or if it’s really love at first sight, you can make it 10 years. We can work together to create a lease term that works for you. And if your circumstances change come and see us. We’ll help you with moving to a different size apartment or ending your tenancy. Too easy!
Bring your pets
Pets are the best! And it just wouldn’t be home without them. Pets are so welcome at Resido, we even built them a dog park. Of course, we have some guidelines for pet owners, and you'll need to complete all their details in your application form. If you want to know more, our pet policy is right here.
Furnished & move in ready
Resido has a range of furnished one and two-bedroom apartments that are the epitome of convenience and comfort. And in our humbled opinion, pretty stylish too. Each unit comes fully loaded with high-quality furniture, taking the hassle and expense out of moving and furnishing your new space. Hopefully that transforms the moving truck into a moving van.

Our onsite resident services team has your back every step of the way. Whether you want to know about a hot new restaurant, need assistance with a maintenance issue or want to join in on our events, we're here for you seven days a week (excluding public holidays).

At The Hub, we've got you covered for all your parcel needs! Our convenient parcel collection area features lockers and storage for those larger-than-life deliveries, ensuring your packages are safe and sound until you're ready to pick them up.
