  • First off, you get to rent your way, . We have flexible lease terms from 12 months all the way to 10 years. That’s right, we’re in it for the long haul.
  • You get access to so many amenities! Let’s see, there’s the Resident’s Lounge, Co-working space, Media Room, 24 hour gym and a Rooftop BBQ area.
  • We love pets! Being part of the family, of course they’re welcome at Resido. We even have a designated dog park and pet wash area exclusively for our furry residents.
  • No need to worry about whiteware, every apartment comes with a brand new fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer.
  • We have a range of studio, one, two or three bedroom apartments to suit everyone’s needs.
  • Our onsite maintenance and resident services team can help you out in a jiffy.
  • Resido is owned and managed by Kiwi Property, living at Resido isn’t just good for you, it’s good for the planet with eco-friendly features like energy-efficient appliances, green spaces, and responsible waste management.

Our applications are done online via our applicant portal. This lets you create your application and then go back in and update, amend and track your application before you submit it. And once you’re approved, all your lease documents be here as well. No need to worry about papers getting lost in the move!

There’s no special ceremony. Just come for a tour and then apply. Once your application is accepted and everything’s ready for you to move in, you’re officially a resident. Congrats!

It’s basically the same as anywhere else. Our application requirements are based on the Residential Tenancies Act 1986. You’ll need to complete a simple pre-tenancy application form (online or in person), provide proof of identification and references that we can contact. And you’ll also need to agree for us to complete a credit check. Once that’s done, it’s on to the exciting stuff.

Of course! As long as they give consent to apply with you and meet the application requirements. It’s up to you to decide whether you’re both lease holders or if one of you is an occupant.

Absolutely! Our online application process makes it easy no matter where in the world you are. Take that, timezones.

Yes, apply away! Just a heads up though, you will need to tour and view the apartment that you have applied for to ensure you are completely happy with your selection.

Just the standard four (4) weeks rent.

Guess what? There are no body corporate fees! You can enjoy all of Resido’s amenities at no extra charge.

We’re flexible, so it’s really up to what you would prefer. It can be as little as 12 months or as long as 10 years if you really fall in love with the place. We can work together to create a lease term that works for you. And if your circumstances change come and see us. We’ll help you with moving to a different size apartment or ending your tenancy. Just give us the appropriate notice and we’ll do our best to help.

We’re all about making things as easy as possible. Just like a standard residential rental property the resident is responsible for the cost of their electricity, water and internet consumption. You’ll find it covered in our move-in guide, or feel free to talk to our Resident Services Team for more details.

Rent is charged on a weekly basis. Our resident app, My Resido, helps you keep up to date on rent and any other charges owing. That way, it’s easy to keep track.

Yes, we will have an eftpos machine available at The Hub if you wish to pay by credit or debit card.

Yes, just pop by and see the team at The Hub.

We understand that things change so just stop into The Hub to see our Resident Services Team. We’ll be happy to discuss your options and see what we can do to get you sorted.

Whether you want to upsize or downsize, just come in to The Hub and speak with one of our Leasing team. They can see what’s available and what’s coming up. If you find a new apartment that you want to move into, you’ll need to complete a new application for it.

Apartments

You bet! All our apartments have an outdoors space, with balconies on the upper floors and gardens for the ground floor apartments. Have a preference? Just let us know.

We have parking available as well as additional storage space if you need. You can apply for both in your rental application or at a later stage if you need either. Of course, this will be subject to availability and additional charges will apply.

Resido is made up of a range of spacious studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments.

We have a limited number of accessible adjustable apartments which will be reserved for our residents that require them. Just advise our Leasing Team if you would like to apply for one.

Pets are most definitely allowed! We allow a maximum of two (2) small pets per apartment, comprising of dogs up to a combined weight of 25kgs, cats, small caged birds and/or fish kept in an aquarium. Just a heads up, in consideration for the health and safety of our community, this excludes menacing and dangerous dogs, whether classified by breed under the Dog Control Act or by behaviour by Auckland Council. And allowable aquariums are subject to weight and placement requirements.

Every apartment includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer.

At Resido you get to rent your way in any colour you like. Just touch base with our Resident Services Team and let them know what you are thinking, and they will walk you through how it’s done. Just remember that when you move out, it is your responsibility to ensure the apartment is returned to the same condition as when you moved in as per the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.

Living
at Resido

Your rent covers all the amenities, spaces and facilities we have available day-to-day. And please feel free to join in with our free community events at no extra cost. If we ever host events that have a cost involved, we will make that very clear before you sign up to those events. If you want a car park or additional storage there will be a cost for these – just talk to the leasing team on 09 359 6110 for more details.

It wouldn’t be your place if you couldn’t have guests! You will be able to book some spaces using the My Resido resident app. For the consideration of other residents, there is a limited number of guests that our residents can invite onsite. There are also some health & safety guidelines for residents and their guests to adhere to.

We keep your stuff nice and safe with a digital parcel locker system in The Hub. So just kick back and we’ll notify you when your parcel arrives. And to make life easy, there are options for oversized parcels as well, so there’s no need to worry about your delivery!

It’s a handy little smartphone app that lets you easily manage your account, log a maintenance issue, engage with the Resido team, access the reference guides for your apartment and appliances or RSVP to community events. It’s all at your fingertips!

Basically, they’re here to make your life easier. Whether it’s a coffee recommendation, a maintenance issue or just a chat, you’ll find them at The Hub, available from 8am – 7pm, 7 days a week.

Of course! We just ask that you give us a heads up depending on the type of event, as it will need to be approved by the Resident Services Team. Let us know your plans and what amenity space is required, and we’ll run through capacity limit and whether there will be any health and safety risks. That way, everyone at Resido can enjoy renting their way, every day.
